Apap Extra is the strongest painkiller among Apap. It is a combination of safe active molecule (paracetamol 500mg) with a substance strengthening and hastening drug action (caffein 65 mg). Additional component has a stimulating effect on central nervous system and due to that it improves state of mind and additionally lifts feeling of weariness.
Apap Extra was designed as an answer to the patients' needs, according to whom the ideal painkiller should lift even the strongest pain but only in a safe way.
